(the “Controller” or “We”), for users of the SKLOUD mobile application and websites.

This Privacy Notice is directed to users (“you”, “the Data Subject”) who access our websites www.skloud.io, www.skloudskout.com, www.skloudskout.io (the “Sites”) or use our mobile application “SKLOUD Skout” (the “Apps”), available for smart devices through the App Store and Google Play.

We will acknowledge your request within 20 business days and resolve it within 15 business days of response. If necessary, we may extend each period by up to 20 additional business days, and will notify you.
Responses will be delivered electronically or in another format that guarantees the exercise of your rights.
We recommend you keep your data up to date. You are responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of data you submit.
